MU NEWS | Yiwu MU Building (Gaoshan Building) Basement Completed

On September 20, 2026, after 70 days of continuous construction, MU Building (Gaoshan Building) in Phase II of the Yiwu Financial Business District reached an important construction milestone — the basement structure, with a total floor area of 32,831 m², was successfully completed.

The project has a total gross floor area of 95,374 m², consisting of 32 above-ground floors and 4 underground floors. Integrating office space, commercial facilities and showrooms, the building will be able to accommodate up to 6,000 people working simultaneously. The main structure is expected to be fully topped out by the end of 2027.

Positioned as a premium business landmark in the Yiwu Financial Business District, Gaoshan Building is being developed to a high standard as a benchmark office property. The building will feature a floor-to-floor height of approximately 4.2 meters, creating a spacious and premium working environment. It will also provide four underground parking levels, with a parking ratio of approximately one space per 100 m², together with an efficient floor layout and a relatively low common-area ratio.

Located at the intersection of Yiwu’s financial district and commercial market cluster, the project will offer office spaces ranging from approximately 450 m² to 2,000 m² to meet different business needs.

With one-stop product sourcing and full-chain operational support, the project is expected to further benefit from the development opportunities surrounding Yiwu’s sixth-generation market.
