On the morning of July 18^th, Yue Ma, Director of Jinhua Human Resource and Social Security Bureau, and his delegation visited Yiwu Operation Center of MU Group for research and guidance. William Wang, the President Assistant and General Manager of Yiwu Royaumann Co., Ltd. warmly received the leaders. They had cordial exchanges in the employment of college students and the introduction of talents.

Director Ma and his delegation first came to the exhibition hall to listen to a report on the Group's main business and global market distribution, and recognized the company's active expansion of the global market based on a complete supply chain system. As the person in charge of Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Director Ma was particularly concerned about the scale of employment, the number of newly recruited college students, the structure of their academic qualifications and the difficulties and pains encountered by enterprises in the process of attracting talents.

Then William Wang introduced that the Group has been increasing campus recruiting in recent years to optimize the structure and quality of the talents. There were 166 newcomers joined the Yiwu Operation Center in July alone, many of whom came from prestigious schools such as Beijing Foreign Studies University, Zhejiang University, Xiamen University and Central South University, with the minimum requirement of 500 points or above in College English Test-6. Moreover, with the development of cross-border e-commerce business, there has a large talent gap in foreign language live streaming and social media operations in MU Group, so it was recommended by William Wang that the HRSSB could broaden the channels of cooperation between schools and enterprises, to give appropriate support.

In the exhibition hall, Director Ma was listening and watching. Based on the specific needs of the market participants, he said the HRSSB would provide proactive service and lead the enterprises to go out and enter colleges and universities to promote the recruitment and strengthen the construction of internship base for college students, thus attracting more outstanding graduates to come to Yiwu, integrate into Yiwu and take root in Yiwu.

Up to now, the Yiwu Operation Center has more than 1,000 employees on board, of which more than 85% are bachelor's degree holders and more than 5% are master's degree holders, and the total number of university students recruited in the first half of this year is 400+, laying a solid foundation for the prosperous development of the business.
