MU Group at the 140th Canton Fair 2026: Dates, Booth Numbers and Product Lines by Phase

Quick answer: MU Group exhibits in all three phases of the 140th Canton Fair at the China Import and Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou — Phase 1 runs October 15–19, 2026, Phase 2 runs October 23–27, 2026, and Phase 3 runs October 31–November 4, 2026. MU Group’s business divisions hold stands in every phase, covering home appliances, consumer electronics, lighting, tools, auto and motorcycle parts, kitchenware, home and festival decoration, glassware, bathroom products, outdoor storage, apparel, footwear, luggage, fashion accessories, toys, pet products, stationery, medical and first-aid supplies, and home storage. The booth numbers for each phase are listed in the tables below, followed by a short guide to reading them.

If you are planning to visit, note that the three phases run in separate blocks with a gap between them — a buyer who needs to see both kitchenware and footwear has to travel to Guangzhou twice, or send two people. Use the phase list below to decide which trip is worth making before you book flights.

140th Canton Fair dates and phases at a glance

The Canton Fair groups exhibitors by product sector, and each sector is shown in exactly one phase. That structure is the reason MU Group’s stands are spread across the whole month rather than concentrated in a single hall: the divisions exhibit alongside the product sectors they source.

Phase Dates Phase theme and the categories in it MU Group exhibiting
Phase 1 October 15–19, 2026 Advanced manufacturing — home appliances, consumer electronics and information products, industrial automation and smart manufacturing, processing machinery, power and electrical equipment, general machinery and machinery parts, engineering and agricultural machinery, new materials and chemical products, new-energy and smart-mobility vehicles, vehicles, auto parts, motorcycles, bicycles, lighting products, electronic and electrical products, new energy, hardware, tools, service robots Yes — 6 product-line groups
Phase 2 October 23–27, 2026 Quality home life — daily-use ceramics, kitchenware and tableware, houseware, glassware, home decorations, garden products, festival products, gifts and premiums, watches and eyewear, craft ceramics, woven and rattan-iron crafts, building and decorative materials, sanitary and bathroom equipment, furniture, fashion accessories, integrated housing and courtyard facilities Yes — 8 product-line groups
Phase 3 October 31–November 4, 2026 Better living — toys, baby and maternity products, children’s wear, men’s and women’s wear, underwear, sportswear and casual wear, fur and down products, garment accessories, textile materials, footwear, bags and cases, home textiles, carpets and tapestries, office stationery, medicines and health products and medical devices, food, sports and travel leisure products, personal care products, bathroom products, pet products, smart healthcare Yes — 13 product-line groups

Two practical consequences follow from this. First, samples seen in Phase 1 cannot be compared side by side with Phase 2 or Phase 3 categories on the same trip. Second, the phases are separated by changeover days — October 20–22 and October 28–30, 2026 — when the complex is closed for the rebuild, so no stand is open and no meeting can be held between phases.

Phase 1 booth numbers: October 15–19, 2026

Phase 1 is the electrical, hardware and mobility phase, and it matches the appliance, electronics, lighting, tool and vehicle categories MU Group sources. Six product-line groups exhibit, spanning small domestic appliances, mobile and charging accessories, automotive and motorcycle parts, hand and power tools, and residential and decorative lighting.

Product lines on show Booth numbers
Home appliances, heaters and coolers, water flossers, electric cleaning brushes, facial cleansers, vacuum cleaners, massage guns, nose and ear trimmers 2.1L15-16, 1.2I44-45-46, 1.2M33

Motorcycle spare parts and accessories 16.2E07

A word on the second row: those five booth addresses cover a wide spread of consumer electronics and lifestyle accessories, and they are not adjacent to each other. If your interest is charging and mobile accessories, look at the 20.2 group; if it is beauty and small electricals, the 18.2 group is closer to the lighting halls. Checking hall numbers before you walk the floor saves a long detour across the complex.

For buyers sourcing tools or lighting in this phase, it also helps to arrive with a written specification rather than a category idea — a step-by-step guide to sourcing at the fair walks through what to prepare before the first meeting of the day.

Phase 2 booth numbers: October 23–27, 2026

Phase 2 is the home and decoration phase, and it is the phase where MU Group’s stands are most tightly clustered around what most retail buyers come to Guangzhou for: kitchenware, seasonal decoration and gifts. Eight product-line groups exhibit.

Kitchenware glass items 14.1C04-05

The seven-row block above is the broadest single stand grouping on this list, and it is deliberately split into four halls for a reason: home storage, small kitchen appliances and cleaning products rarely ship together, and buying them from one place means the order consolidates cleanly later. Buyers who want the storage and houseware side should start with the 16.2 and 16.3 stands; the small-appliance items sit in the 15.4 group.

If your Phase 2 trip is about seasonal and decoration ranges, MU Group’s festival stands are in halls 1.1 and 6.1, which are a short walk apart — but note that finding the right supplier at the fair is usually a question of preparation rather than walking distance.

Phase 3 booth numbers: October 31–November 4, 2026

Phase 3 is the textiles, footwear, bags, toys and health-products phase, and it is where MU Group exhibits the largest number of separate product-line groups — thirteen. If your range covers apparel, accessories, juvenile products, toys, pet products or pharmacy and personal-care items, this is your phase.

Phase 3 is the phase most likely to reward a cross-category visit, because the divisions here serve the same retail customer. A buyer building a mid-market apparel and accessories range can see knitwear in 1.1, scarves and hats in 8.0, and bags in 18.2 and 19.2 without leaving the same broad zone of the complex. The juvenile and toy stands sit in 18.1, 19.1 and 20.1 — closer to the bags than to the footwear, which matters if you are walking the floor rather than driving between halls.

Because so many divisions exhibit in this phase, it is usually worth booking meetings in advance rather than turning up. Our guide to booking meetings before the fair explains why an unplanned first meeting tends to anchor a decision badly.

How to read the booth numbers in this list

Every stand number in the tables above follows the same pattern, and once you can read it you can plan your walking route instead of wandering.

Take 16.4D33. The first number is the hall. The number after the dot is the floor within that hall. The letters and the number after them identify the stand position on that floor. So the address reads as hall 16, fourth floor, stand D33.

Two shorthand conventions appear repeatedly:

  • An en-dash means a run of adjacent stands. `2.1L15-16` is stands L15 and L16 in the same hall and floor; `20.2G29-30-31-32` is a four-stand block. A division with a run of stands is normally showing a wider range than a single-stand exhibitor, because it has the space for it.

  • A slash means two blocks in the same hall and floor. `18.2I35-36/J13-14` is two separate stand blocks, I35-36 and J13-14, on floor 2 of hall 18. Treat these as two stops, not one.

Hall numbers are the part that matters most for planning. Halls 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 sit in one part of the complex, while halls 18, 19 and 20 sit further away, and halls 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15 and 16 sit elsewhere again. A division’s hall tells you roughly how far you will walk; check it before you commit to a schedule. The fair’s own on-site navigation and the official exhibitor directory are the reliable way to confirm hall locations on the day, since stand layouts are adjusted between sessions.

What MU Group does at the Canton Fair

MU Group is a sourcing and supply chain management company. The stands listed above are where our divisions exhibit and meet buyers — they are not factory floors, and MU Group does not present itself as a manufacturer.

What that means in practice is that the conversation at a MU Group stand is about how a product line gets built for your market, not just about what it costs. Depending on the product and the sourcing program, that can include supplier matching and shortlisting, sampling and sample review, supplier coordination, production follow-up, third-party quality inspection where required, warehousing, consolidation of orders from multiple suppliers, and shipping coordination. Not every program uses every step — a single-category repeat order needs far less than a new multi-supplier range.

For buyers, the practical difference is what happens after the fair. A stand visit that ends with a business card usually ends there. A stand visit that ends with an agreed specification, a sampling plan and a named contact produces an order. That is the point of the meeting.

You can see how this works across categories in our overview of canton fair sourcing services, and if you would rather arrive with a shortlist already drawn up, the category-based supplier list approach explains how to build one.

How to plan your visit across three phases

The single most common planning mistake is to treat the Canton Fair as one event. It is three events in one month, and they do not overlap.

The 140th Canton Fair runs in three separate phases, with changeover days between them.
The 140th Canton Fair runs in three separate phases, with changeover days between them.

Decide before you book. Use the phase tables above to identify which phase holds the categories you actually buy. If your range spans two phases, choose the phase with the larger share of your spend and appoint someone else for the other, or plan two trips.

Group stands by hall, not by category. Within a phase, MU Group’s stands for a single division can sit in four different halls. Sort your list by hall number and then by floor, and you will cover the same number of stands in noticeably less time.

Leave the last two days of a phase free. The opening days are the busiest on the floor. Longer sourcing conversations — sampling timelines, packaging changes, consolidation of a multi-category order — are easier to have once the first rush has passed.

Bring the specification, not the idea. A category name produces a catalogue. A specification with dimensions, materials, target retail price band and packaging requirements produces a quotation you can act on.

Agree the next step in writing before you leave the stand. The follow-up is where most fair leads are lost, which is why we treat a written post-fair plan as part of the visit rather than something to sort out afterwards. Our Canton Fair 2026 buyer preparation checklist covers what to have ready beforehand.

Frequently asked questions about the 140th Canton Fair

What are the dates of the 140th Canton Fair in 2026?

The 140th Canton Fair runs in three phases at the Canton Fair complex in Guangzhou: Phase 1 from October 15 to 19, 2026; Phase 2 from October 23 to 27, 2026; and Phase 3 from October 31 to November 4, 2026. Each phase covers a different group of product sectors, and there are gaps between them.

Where can I find MU Group at the 140th Canton Fair?

MU Group exhibits in all three phases. The full booth list is in the phase tables above — six product-line groups in Phase 1, eight in Phase 2 and thirteen in Phase 3. Because the booths within a single group can be in different halls, use the hall number to plan your route before you arrive.

Which phase should I attend to see a specific category?

Match your category to the phase structure. Home appliances, consumer electronics, lighting, tools, machinery, and auto or motorcycle parts are in Phase 1. Kitchenware, glassware, home and festival decoration, garden products, building and decorative materials, furniture and bathroom equipment are in Phase 2. Apparel, footwear, luggage, fashion accessories, toys, baby products, stationery, pet products, medical supplies, food and personal-care items are in Phase 3.

Do I need an appointment to visit a MU Group stand?

No appointment is needed to visit, but a pre-arranged meeting makes a material difference in Phase 3, where the largest number of divisions exhibits and stand teams are the busiest. If your visit has a specific purpose — a new range, a packaging change, or a multi-category order — arrange it in advance and send your specification ahead so the team can prepare.

What should I bring to a meeting at the fair?

Bring a written specification, your target retail price band, packaging and labelling requirements, and a realistic order quantity or range plan. If your products are subject to destination-market rules, bring your own compliance requirements as well — requirements vary by product and market, and they are best confirmed with your own importing side rather than assumed at the stand.

Book a meeting with MU Group before you travel

If you already know which phase you are attending, tell us the categories you are sourcing and we will arrange for the relevant division to meet you at the stand. Send your specification, target price band and range plan in advance, and the meeting starts from a quotation rather than an introduction.

A useful enquiry names four things: the phase you are travelling for, the categories you buy, the market you sell into, and roughly how many lines you are planning for the next season. With those in hand, the division that exhibits your categories can pull relevant samples to the stand before you arrive, and you spend the meeting comparing specifications rather than waiting for catalogues.

If your categories fall across two phases — home storage in Phase 2 and luggage in Phase 3, for example — say so in the same message. It is more useful to agree which trip makes sense than to split your attention across two visits and complete neither.

For buyers who want a wider view of what is available across the complex, start with our canton fair wholesale suppliers overview, or come to the stand and we will map the halls with you.

Contact MU Group before the fair opens on October 15, 2026 so there is time to prepare samples and a sourcing plan for your category.
