MU Group|2025-2026 Middle and Senior-Level Cadres Meeting Held

Galloping ahead, MU Group’s 2025-2026 Middle and Senior-Level Cadres Meeting was held on March 1st at the Shangri-La Hotel in Yiwu. Group President Tom Tang, along with Group leaders Jeff Luo, Henry Xu, Amenda Weng, Eric Zhuang, Sam Zhu, Amanda Chen, William Wang, Ken Huang, Jessie Lai, Ellen Xiang, and leaders from various divisions and subsidiaries attended the meeting. Over 2,000 middle and senior-level cadres gathered together, pooling their strength to embark on a new journey toward THE ROAD TO 10 BILLION USD!

The conference officially kicked off with the loud and clear national anthem. The Financial Dept., Logistics Dept., HR, Design Dept., and Digital Development Center delivered their work reports respectively. Looking back at the past, they examined the overall situation, identified gaps, and made up for shortcomings. They reflected on how to deeply empower business development in aspects such as business analysis, logistics and supply chain, talent development, brand design, and digitalization, planning targeted innovative measures.

At MU Group, you can also have your own company. At the meeting, NINGBO S2G CULTURE CREATIVE CO., LTD. (Medium Division), UNIVERSAL DIVISION OF ROYAUMANN CO., LTD. (Medium Division), and FASHION DIVISION OF MARKET UNION CO., LTD. (Small Division) were signed and established, further expanding the organizational structure!

Representative of the new division, Senior Director Infi Chen of UNIVERSAL DIVISION OF ROYAUMANN CO., LTD., gave a speech: The team was established in 2022, right when the Russia-Ukraine war hit. While core customers went bankrupt and orders dropped sharply, they tackled difficulties to maintain stability and explored new customers, successfully surviving the crisis and upgrading to a Medium Division. Standing at a new starting point, the division will deeply cultivate e-commerce customers to nurture new growth points and strengthen team training.

Making winning a belief. The Ceremonies of Pledge Signing and Collective Oath are not just numbers and slogans, but the driving force and direction to move forward. “Accomplish the goal, strike with all our might, and be invincible.” Our goal must be achieved, and our goal will certainly be achieved!

The conference also held a series of investitures for department achieving new high in August 2024, and for colleagues collecting foreign exchange from Russia, expanding into Ukraine, and contributing to the construction of Yiwu MU Building, paying the highest tribute to all strivers. General Manager of SKYLARK NETWORK CO., LTD., Ken Huang, gave a special sharing on “Skylark’s Strategic Choices for Cross-Border B2B”. The team anchored themselves in the cross-border B2B track, avoiding highly competitive product sectors, and focused on small and medium-sized customers. Channel building is centered on third-party platforms, valuing social media, and emphasizing efficient response. In team building, they persist in recruiting interns for sales roles, valuing their mindset to build a sincere team.

General Manager of GOOD SELLER CO., LTD., Jack Fan, gave a special sharing on “Changes and Constants in Sales”. The constant core is basic capabilities such as supply chain capabilities, precise service, and customer needs insight. Facing new customer groups, there is no need to struggle with predicting unknown changes. Instead, strengthen the constant underlying capabilities to stand firm in the industry.

General Manager of ONLINE DIVISION OF NINGBO ROYAL UNION CO., LTD., James Zhou, shared on “From Breaking Through to Leading”. In 2026, they anchor on two major directions: total cost leadership and differentiation. Cadres must first “know how to do,” finding the right methods; then they must be “willing to do,” pushing the supply chain to the extreme.

Senior Director of MARKET UNION CO., LTD., Vincent Yang, shared on “Cross-border E-commerce from 0 to 1”. The key lies in focusing on Amazon North America and multi-platform distribution, adopting a “boutique” strategy, and relying on core teams and supply chain resources to aim for higher revenue targets.

General Manager of NINGBO TOLEAD INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS CO., LTD., Anita Zhou, spoke as a representative of the award winners. Facing the challenge of US tariff barriers in 2025, the team achieved business breakthroughs and promoted the expansion of the Group’s supporting systems into the cross-border field.

Senior Director of BEAM STUDIO DIVISION OF NINGBO BRIGHT MAX CO., LTD., Coco Wang, believes that we must anchor on long-termism and make efforts in areas like technological innovation, quality control, and AI empowering the whole business process to boost the Group’s 10-billion-dollar goal.

Do we have the chance to become the greatest stationery company by the middle of this century? To achieve this goal, we need to excel in all links such as supply chain, talent, brand, and channels. By sticking to the professional track and improving our own capabilities, we are ultimately expected to achieve the goal.

President Tom Tang gave a sharing on “The Road to 10 Billion USD”. Does MU have a moat? We have deep distribution channels, many suppliers, excellent colleagues, and more importantly, our excellent corporate culture and the ability to organize people are our moat. No crisis will destroy our corporate culture.

A good corporate culture uses right and wrong as the standard of conduct. True differentiation means being irreplaceable. MU Group follows a total cost leadership strategy. Continuously improving product quality—quality is the dignity of the company.
