On November 7, Zhang Tong, Deputy Secretary of Nantong Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, led a delegation to visit the Yiwu Operational Headquarters. Ken Huang, President Assistant of MU Group, received the delegation.
Mayor Zhang and his delegation toured the newly completed sample room in MU Building, where they showed keen interest in the origin of goods, design and development, customer needs, and operational data. They commended the company’s approach of building a full-category exhibition hall adjacent to the Yiwu International Trade Market.

Both government and enterprise representatives exchanged views on key areas such as foreign trade business, international market layout, and corporate operational mechanisms. Mayor Zhang emphasized that high-quality development in procurement and trade requires continuous innovation in institutional mechanisms and solid support from professional talent. Government support and reforms are crucial for promoting the integrated development of domestic and foreign trade and facilitating corporate transformation and upgrading. He expressed hope that both sides would collaborate to inject new momentum and explore new opportunities for the open economy.
