The Next 20 Years, To Be No.1! On the evening of September 1, the 20th Anniversary celebration of NINGBO ROYAL UNION CO., LTD. was held simultaneously in Ningbo, Yiwu, and Shenzhen through a three-city live connection.More than 600 people gathered for the celebration, including president Tom Tang and group leaders Amenda Weng, Eric Zhuang, Amanda Chen, William Wang, Ken Huang, Jessie Lai, Ellen Xiang, all colleagues from the Royal Union business group, colleagues from relevant operation and finance teams, key supplier partners, and former colleagues who once fought alongside us..

A wall of old photographs connected the “past” with “today”: At the Canton Fair, we stood on the front line of the market, taking photos with customers from around the world. With the establishment of new divisions, we worked together to make the pie bigger and share the pie. Our Annual Travel took us from Huangshan and Yunnan to Sanya and Thailand, as we gradually stepped onto the global stage. Team dinners and birthday celebrations captured countless ordinary yet precious moments of everyday life.

Wang Yi, General Manager of Yiwu Royal Union Import & Export Co., Ltd., shared his story.“I am 44 years old this year. I entered the industry after graduating from university at the age of 22. Over these 22 years, all my youth, hard work, and growth have taken root here, on this land of Yiwu, and I have walked alongside the company every step of the way. From successfully developing Royal Union’s first foreign customer in the Yiwu market in 2010 to the official establishment of Yiwu Royal Union in early 2015, my personal growth has been deeply intertwined with the development of our business and organization. We will continue to strive for the long term, accompany Royal Union as it moves steadily upward and continues to thrive.Strive for a lifetime, until success!”

Tom Tang shared his vision for “The Next 20 Years. To Be No.1.”Twenty years ago, when Royal Union was founded, there were only a dozen or so colleagues. Today, we have more than 400 colleagues in business roles.Royal Union was the first subsidiary of MU International Trade and the first second-tier subsidiary within the SAIL Group system established in 2006.From Royal Union to Royaumann, and then to the America Division of RM and Universal Division of RM, this journey reflects our culture of sharing—our Money Culture.A leader can gradually give colleagues recruited straight from university a higher share than their own, enabling the people who do the work to share in the profits and income. Economic benefit sharing is also a way of bringing people together and building an organization.Going forward, the 20th anniversary will become a series of ongoing celebrations. Next year will also mark the 20th anniversaries of General Union and Multi Channel!

We hope Royal Union can become No.1 within MU in the years ahead. In fact, as we continue to develop, we are not only catching up within MU—we are also catching up in the market. We hope more colleagues will have opportunities to grow and receive returns in terms of income and other aspects. There is no better business model than enabling everyone to have their own company. In this way, a company can remain lively, young, energetic, and full of vitality. It can continuously turn the impossible into the possible!

Connected across the three venues, Tom Tang, Nancy Lv, James Zhou, Allen Luo, Spring Wang, Kasyun Xia, Lawrence Wang, and other heads of divisions and companies from Ningbo and Shenzhen, together with William Wang, Jenny Wang, Infi Chen, and Bess Tong at the Yiwu venue, jointly cut the 20th Anniversary cake, symbolizing honor and hope for the future.

From looking back to celebrating, the music began. Whiplash, performed by the MU Dancing Club, immediately ignited the atmosphere. It was followed by a series of performances, including Little Town Summer, New Boy, Everyone Will, Never Enough, and I Only Want to Walk Through Life with You.The song Celebration Toast brought another wave of excitement and joy to the celebration.
Meanwhile, the Yiwu venue also prepared a special lineup of performances of its own.

Sharing wealth is our culture! Three rounds of lucky draws were held throughout the celebration, featuring “Benben Red Packets” and Huawei products. The lucky winners of the night took home their prizes!
