On December 27th, MU Group’s Jiangbei District Branch Office (Jiangbei Office) celebrated its relocation, marking a fresh start for business development at the turn of the year. The ceremony was attended by Group President Tom Tang, Group executives Amenda Weng, Eric Zhuang, Sam Zhu, heads of relevant functional departments, and colleagues from the branch.
The K Department of HARD GOODS DIVISION OF MU, Kaiyue D Department of MARKET UNION, GD Department of RETAIL CHAIN DIVISION OF MU, and Supply Chain Department of HARD GOODS DIVISION OF MU have officially moved into Xinjie Building, located in Jiangbei Hongtang CBD, an area with well-developed facilities and an upgraded, expanded office environment.
The event began with a business discussion session, where Tom Tang engaged in communication and exchange with colleagues. He pointed out that international trade is increasingly impacted by the counter-globalization trends in supply chains, but there are still vast untapped opportunities in developing countries with large populations and significant market scale. We must adopt a differentiated competitive strategy, placing greater focus on emerging market discount chains, large supermarket clients, and potential key customers, growing alongside them as partners. In an era of product oversupply, quality management becomes a crucial method for securing and retaining major clients. By benchmarking against Germany and Japan, we must focus on quality management and R&D design, achieving leadership in quality and design, and building our own moat and defensive system. We need to approach simple tasks with complexity, and execute basic processes with refined attention to detail. Through meticulous management and streamlined processes, we aim to better serve our clients. By leveraging digital transformation, we aim to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and precisely target customer needs. We will relentlessly strive to improve our coverage rates, conversion rates, repeat purchase rates, and market penetration rates. Efforts must be made across the front-end, middle-end, and back-end operations, with increased emphasis on middle-end operations as a core focus.
Today marks a new beginning for Jiangbei Office. Tom encouraged everyone to prioritize clients, create value, and adopt a broad perspective—thinking and acting from the client’s standpoint. He called for building a strong, resilient team capable of overcoming challenges and achieving victories.
Amid warm wishes of “Best of Luck to Jiangbei Office in Its New Journey!”, the new office space was officially unveiled, and everyone witnessed this significant milestone together.
Jasper Wu, Vice Manager of K Department of HARD GOODS DIVISION OF MU, reflected on his journey from being a foreign trade intern to becoming a confident professional capable of handling business challenges. He expressed gratitude for the support from his colleagues and the company, believing that small sparks can ignite great flames. Lesly Chen, Assistant Manager of K Department of HARD GOODS DIVISION OF MU, expressed her appreciation for the company’s supportive and inclusive team culture, which has served as a valuable platform for learning and personal growth. The determination to grow Jiangbei Branch remains steadfast. We warmly invite international trade partners to join hands with us, and seize the opportunity to own and grow their own business within MU Group!
