Our business divisions and
subsidiaries
We are Royaumann Co., Ltd. (Royaumann), established on January 8, 2015, with our predecessor being Department D of Ningbo Royal Union Co., Ltd. The first division of us, known as the America Division of Royaumann Co., Ltd., was established on September 1, 2021. Subsequently, the second division, recognized as the Universal Division of Royaumann Co., Ltd., was founded on September 1, 2022.
Our team comprises more than 100 dedicated employees. Currently, our customer base predominantly resides in European and American countries, extending to dozens of countries and regions, including Southeast Asia, North Africa, and Australia. Our primary product line encompasses general merchandise, featuring tens of thousands of products sourced from numerous manufacturers. The Yiwu Small Commodity Purchasing Department, rooted in the procurement of countless domestic factories and Yiwu International Trade City, possesses in-depth knowledge of domestic manufacturers and product distribution. It has evolved into one of the premier sourcing and cooperative partners for customers in China. Building upon this foundation, we have expanded our offerings to include specialized series for pet items, kitchen accessories, bathroom accessories, auto parts & motorcycle spare parts, babies and children, toys, household storage, electronic products, and more. Dedicated teams have been established to conduct refined operations and provide targeted services.
At Royaumann, our guiding principle is a service-oriented spirit, enabling us to establish long-term and stable cooperative relations with our valued customers. Pre-Covid-19, we actively participated in large-scale, well-known exhibitions such as the China Import and Export Fair in the spring and summer, Cologne (Germany) Exhibition, and Las Vegas (US) Exhibition. Regular visits to our old customers facilitate further cooperation, while we actively and efficiently acquire new customer resources. Our efforts are directed towards diversifying the market, maturing the product output system, and stabilizing the global business customer group.
Building upon our original foundation, Royaumann consistently seeks newer and deeper market promotion, steadily venturing onto the path of product specialization and refined service. We believe that from 2025 to 2026, Royaumann will uphold the spirit of being service-oriented, innovative, and explorative, progressing solidly. Over the next three years, our goal is to expand the market and ensure that the export volume surpasses the target of US$150 million.
